For 'included' records (driving record, vehicle history), you order directly from your state DMV or an approved vendor. Upload the receipt in your Garage, and we apply the amount as account credit toward your next renewal — usually within 3 business days. Caps apply per membership year.
Some states will move to direct wholesale delivery as volume justifies vendor deals — same benefit, no receipt needed.
